This page features work from a semester-long course in typeface design. Throughout the semester, I completed exercises exploring the anatomy and personality of letterforms — including ampersand studies, custom logotypes and a final full character set.

The culmination of this course is Grove, a distinctive and eclectic display typeface. Grove draws its visual character from nature, blending organic forms with unexpected twists. It’s specifically designed as a supporting typeface for Flourish, a natural curly hair care brand, complementing its aesthetic with its unique, nature-inspired personality.
