This project is a response to the International Society for Typographic Designers (ISTD) Student Brief, The Line. It reimagines the ancient Red Thread of Fate proverb as an interactive website, where lines — both literal and typographic — become the very threads that guide users on a journey of fate.

Throughout the piece, lines of text overlap and weave together. This visual metaphor emphasizes the proverb’s message: the threads of fate may stretch or tangle, but the connection they represent will never break. This project received a Merit Designation from the ISTD.
